You can join many different trails, including a geology trail that takes you through the woods. With plenty of stopping places and information boards along the way, you can find out more about the area or simply take the opportunity to do some ad-hoc wildlife spotting.

In the height of summer, it can feel almost tropical as you weave between the fauna. Still, like all Woodland areas, a sensible set of footwear is advised.
